SYMBOL
This necklace came about while making some changes. I thought it appropriate to search out the term transform and really like what came up: a glyph action symbol meaning just that—Transform. RENEW

INSPIRE
I run 25 minutes a day. I study the benefits of exercise for 25 minutes before my run. When I read I get inspired. I get energized! The renewed mind leads right into the new action and it has become a cycle of success in an area of past defeat.
FUEL
What is difficult for you to take action on? If studying beforehand is fuel, how much time would you allocate for it?
